Mechanical Assembler

Location : Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 2:30PM-11PM Available

Job Type : Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

Are you hands-on and mechanically inclined? Join a growing team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you'll help build large-scale equipment used in the automotive industry. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, organized, and well-lit facility with a supportive team and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble large mechanical components using hand and power tools

• Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate builds

• Work closely with welders and machinists to complete final assemblies

• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet standards

• Safely lift up to 50 lbs (equipment provided for heavier items)

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
