WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

We recognize that great work deserves great rewards. That's why we offer competitive pay ranging from $20 - $35 per hour , depending on experience. You'll enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while building a strong, successful career.

All that you need is:

• 3+ years of concrete experience
• Valid driver's license
• Live in or near the Avon Lake area

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR CONCRETE LABORER - FINISHER?

Our Concrete Laborer - Finisher prepares the work area, sets up forms, levels the ground, and ensures proper reinforcement placement. Once the site is prepped, you assist with mixing and pouring concrete, ensuring it meets the required consistency and is placed accurately. With trowels, floats, and edgers in hand, you meticulously smooth and finish each surface, leaving behind high-quality, long-lasting results. When repairs are needed, you take the lead in patching, resurfacing, and restoring concrete to its original strength. Throughout the day, you keep your tools in top shape, maintain a clean worksite, and follow safety protocols to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
