SRS Real Estate Partners has a paid internship opportunity in its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a geography, gis, or urban planning background. This internship is a great opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the retail real estate industry.

Requirements

Primary Functions:
•Use Adobe Photoshop to create and edit aerials along with web maps.
•Perform intensive research on retailers within a market, new restaurant trends, and future housing developments, among other possibilities.
•Organize and archive research materials.

Opportunities Depending on Interest & Office Needs:
•Learn about commercial real estate brokerage from a research-based perspective.
•Work in and contribute to ESRI web-maps in ArcGIS Online.
•Shadow and learn about geoprocessing and other workflows in ArcGIS Pro and Online.
•Learn about and work with the Marketing Department.

Other Notes:
•Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
•Ongoing training, feedback, and support will be provided from a research consultant in the office.
