About the Job Worldwide Medical Staffing is a Native-Veteran-owned Temporary Staffing agency with active job orders to staff Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, and RNs to Indian Health and VA Hospitals across the United States.
We are seeking experienced, Physician & Nurse Recruiters to work at our new Mesa location on Alma School & US 60 Frwy.
**This is IN-OFFICE Healthcare Recruiting/Phone Sales, NOT A REMOTE POSITION, Mon-Fri, 40-hour week schedule* Job Details: - Position: Healthcare Recruiter-Temporary Staffing Physician, RN, Allied Health
- Location: Mesa AZ , In office. (Alma School/US 60)
- Schedule: Mon-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, paid OT after 40hrs.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly/base salary with uncapped commission plans; First-year expectations of $80-100K+
Your Role: - Sourcing/Warm Calling Resumes and applicants from the website and database.
- Proactively reaching out to identify and engage exceptional healthcare professionals.
- Utilizing Email and Text marketing campaigns to source & recruit top-tier talent.
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment journey, ensuring successful placements.
What We Seek: - 1+ years of Physician recruitment experience or 2 years of Nursing recruitment experience.
