The Team

Tomorrow Health's Talent Acquisition Team partners with our Leadership Team and hiring managers across the organization, and is responsible for the full life cycle of a best-in-class candidate experience.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our organization across all hiring needs, with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating candidate interviews and managing a great candidate experience. Reporting to our Senior Recruiter, the Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role as part of the Talent Acquisition team, which collaborates with department leaders and hiring managers to lead company efforts in finding and attracting talented applicants. This role requires exceptional people skills, strong organizational skills, and efficiency to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with a best-in-class, positive experience starting from initial contact through offer and pre-onboarding
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers in all scheduling needs while managing efficient timelines
  • Communicate professionally and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and ensure information is up-to-date, and data integrity is maintained via scorecards and updating candidate profiles
  • Open, post, and update jobs on the our careers site and outside job boards
  • Coordinate the candidate travel and expense process for in-person interviews, managing all logistical aspects of in-person candidate on-sites
  • Collaborate closely with Tomorrow Health leaders and staffing vendors to facilitate executive hiring needs
  • Partner with outside recruiting agencies and the CEO's Executive Assistant to ensure a smooth process for all involved stakeholders concerning the executive hiring process
  • Contribute to new ideas for improving our recruiting process, and assist with related projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team on the pre-onboarding process for new hires
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team in initiating employee engagement surveys, Employee Resource Group enrollment, and cross-departmental mentorship opportunities
  • Oversee and maintain the background check process for all current and incoming employees.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role(s) for gowth-stage startup(s)
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse software is highly preferred
  • Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail and a natural affinity towards process and getting things done quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong prioritization skills; able to handle a large volume of tasks simultaneously
  • Strong team player; eager to collaborate and participate in different projects
  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to interact with people at all levels both inside and outside our organization
  • Able to think outside the box, and to take initiative when the path is not clear
  • Positive attitude; approaches situations with optimism, enthusiasm, and energy
  • Proven success in fast-paced support or administrative capacity

Salary range for this position: $65,000 to $75,000/yr, depending on experience and qualifications, plus equity
