Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings, prepare and oversee expense reports, support logistics related to fundraising and investor relations, organize events, roadshows and industry conferences, and take initiative to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher. Sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs. Proficiency in all MS Office applications and CRM systems. Base salary: up to $120,000, plus overtime, bonus, benefits, and additional perks.
