We're excited about you if you have: Prior hands-on experience working in a data center or similar physical IT environment; Strong comfort level working independently in an on-site role with minimal direct supervision; Ability to safely and confidently rack servers, manage cabling, and perform part replacements; Experience using remote console tools (e.g., iDRAC, IPMI) and maintaining accurate hardware documentation; Comfortable participating in scheduled maintenance work outside business hours on occasion; Basic experience with Linux diagnostics or administration and an eagerness to grow in that area; Exposure to imaging or automated provisioning workflows (PXE, Kickstart, etc.); Familiarity with hardware lifecycle support processes (RMA, vendor coordination); Any relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Linux+, Security+, RHCSA/RHCE, hardware vendor certs, etc.) are a plus but not required.
