Hourly Pay: $36-37/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join our team on a 13 week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will support surgical services by ensuring all instruments, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, sterilized, and distributed in accordance with hospital protocols and infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, disinfect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and inventory.
Ensure proper functioning of sterilization equipment through routine checks.
Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile instruments.
Adhere to all infection prevention and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certified - CRCST required.
Previous sterile processing or central supply experience strongly desired.
At least 1 year of hospital experience
