Key Responsibilities
Enhance the review, audit, and approval process of domestic parcel, less than truckload (LTL), truckload, and import invoices.
Conduct thorough comparisons of transportation carrier invoices against Uline order information, carrier contracts, and shipment documents, and maintain detailed records of discrepancies.
Develop strong relationships with carriers to improve service quality and effectively resolve any arising issues.
Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to ensure prompt payments to transportation carriers.
Perform analysis for special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing; knowledge of LTL pricing is preferred.
