Position Title: Machine Set Up / Maintenance Technician

Wage: $24.00 - $30.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 40-Hour Workweek (Monday - Thursday)

Machine Set Up / Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Set up and change over paper converting equipment efficiently to meet production demands
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including bearings, belts, chains, and gears
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment history
- Assist with machine installations and light facility maintenance
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all production equipment

Requirements for Machine Set Up / Maintenance Technician:
- Mechanical aptitude – if you love working with your hands, this is the job for you
- Experience in industrial maintenance (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints
- Machining and fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills for logging maintenance records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk and occasionally climb ladders
