Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply). Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js. 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service. 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks. 2+ years of experience in Agile practices. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000 for Senior Software Engineer. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
