OnTrac is hiring a
Seasonal Yard Coordinator / Dispatcher ! Are you ready to help drive action this season and earn some extra income? Location: 9774 Calabash Ave Fontana, CA 92335
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Employment Logistics: Our seasonal Yard Coordinators / Dispatchers play a critical role in the coordination and tracking of the movement of trailers in and out of the yard facility and oversee all movement in the warehouse yard. Yard Coordinators also work with incoming drivers and vendors to ensure smooth traffic flow in and out of the facility.
This is a seasonal position designed to support increased demand during our busiest months, with potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

The Must-Haves: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Or at least one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent of both
- One year of leadership experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
The Responsibilities: - Communicate professionally with Vendors/Drivers during check-in and check-out process
- Work with Management and the Yard Team in the unload area to coordinate trailer movement, con gear placement, and ensure proper dock set up.
- Perform thorough yard checks
- Provide reports detailing all inbound/outbound trailer movement
