- Contract Duration: 5 months
- Worksite Location: Remote
- Pay rate : $60.00-$75.00 per hour
What you'll do in this role: - Analyze business requirements related to the Salesforce fulfillment process and recommend improvements for both business and system workflows
- Design, prototype, build, and document Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and oversee build activities using Salesforce best practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation
- Provide system administration support for customized Salesforce applications, including user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows
- Collaborate closely with middleware and entitlement systems teams to support seamless integrations
- Support quote-to-order processes, with emphasis on product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote templates
- Work with Salesforce tools and features such as CPQ, Sales Cloud, Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, and advanced approval processes
What you'll bring to the role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including fulfillment process implementation and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Proven experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs
- Skilled in creating and supporting functional requirement specifications and end-to-end solution delivery
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing project environments
- Customer-focused mindset with a tolerance for ambiguity and evolving priorities
