Company is seeking a Sales Recruiter to provide support to our North American Sales Organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for sourcing of various sales roles, including SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Channel positions. The candidate and hiring manager experience will be a top priority, ensuring a high-touch experience throughout the hiring process.
Furthermore, promoting diversity in the hiring process and ensuring inclusivity and welcoming environments are integral to this role. You will be responsible for updating Greenhouse (ATS) and pipeline reports daily, providing accurate forecast close dates and maintaining candidate pipelines. Utilizing various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, TopFunnel, and ContactOut, will be essential in finding top talent.
