JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a hungry, motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team and drive performance through sharp sales analysis and strategic execution. This role is central to our organization, serving as the key liaison between internal departments and external partners across retail, healthcare, and foodservice sales channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for optimizing processes, identifying trends, and seizing upselling opportunities when numbers dip.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Analyze current and historical sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct high-volume data entry and numerical reviews to ensure sales metrics, pipelines, and reports are consistently accurate and actionable.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies when sales trends indicate opportunities for growth or intervention.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all sales-related communication, ensuring alignment and coordination across clients, sales reps, operations, and fulfillment.
  • Support sales teams across all channels—retail, healthcare, and foodservice—to achieve growth targets by streamlining systems and enhancing performance visibility.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and other tracking platforms to ensure all data is current, clean, and useful.
  • Oversee pricing, contracts, and distributor/GPO partnerships to ensure competitive positioning and compliance.
  • Drive execution of promotions and new product rollouts in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Represent sales in cross-functional meetings with logistics, R&D, and executive leadership.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, or sales support—preferably in food manufacturing or CPG industries.
  • Proven experience working with large volumes of sales data, conducting detailed numerical analysis, and identifying performance trends.
  • Strong background in identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling strategies based on data insights and customer behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in managing internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external client relationships.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and B2B contract administration.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
