ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
• Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
• Maintain overall project and milestone schedules
• Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
• Supervise the project procurement process
• Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
• Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
• Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
• Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
• Work with project manager to identify risks and opportunities
• Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions
• Actively participate in continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• PMP Certification is a plus
• Industry experience is a plus

You will be eligible for regular full-time employee benefits when offered, subject to the eligibility requirements and other terms and conditions for each benefit. Until you are eligible for Company-sponsored health insurance benefits, you will receive a Benefits Reimbursement in the exact amount of your monthly COBRA or private health insurance premium (for coverage for yourself and family) in your first paycheck each month. Proof of payment of your premium is required on request. The Benefits Reimbursement is considered taxable wages by the IRS and will be grossed up to cover applicable employment taxes as determined by Paylocity.

PERFORMANCE BONUS

You will be eligible to receive a discretionary (i.e., non-guaranteed) annual bonus based on personal and company performance and goals achieved.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

You will receive 80 hours PTO effective on your Start Date. That can be utilized after 60 days of continuous employment. PTO may be used for holidays not observed, vacation, personal leave, or sick leave and requires manager approval in advance.
