Press Set-Up Operator | $ 16 .50 per hour | Friday & Saturday 6:00pm – 6:00am & Sunday 6 :00 pm – 5 :30 am + 6 Hour Premium

• Schedule: Friday & Saturday 6:00pm – 6:00 am & Sunday 6:00 pm – 5:30 am = 34 hours scheduled hours, paid as long as the full scheduled worked. Work 34 hours, paid for 40

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to run a Flexographic Printer to operate printing press machines.

Responsibilities:

• Production line associate who will operate a printing press to produce labels
• Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis
• Double-check the copy for accuracy of quality, material, and color to customer specifications
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the Supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma / GED
• Must have 1 + years' Flexographic printing experience (narrow-web printing with Nilpeters, Mark Andy, or AquaFlex machines)
• Great communication with your team
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $16.50 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
