Pvolve is actively seeking Trainers to join our team!

What is Pvolve? Are you ready to be a part of the future of fitness? Where traditional workouts break you down and push your body to the limits, our Method works with the body’s mechanics to deeply activate muscles and strengthen the body holistically for long-term results. Through our functional movement Method and resistance-based equipment, we offer a safe and sustainable workout for every body.

What is the role? The Trainer position is responsible for delivering effective, energizing, and creative classes in line with the Pvolve Method. The trainer will be a dynamic, high-energy, and commanding instructor, who is ready to be part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. This position requires teaching experience, a team-player attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding class experiences after completing the Pvolve certification program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Teach a minimum of 6 - 8 classes weekly.

• Successfully complete our 100-hour immersive training program to deliver on all components of the Pvolve class experience.

• Greet clients before class, assess the needs of class participants, and personalize class to each member needs.

• Ability to provide modifications and challenges to create an all-level class experience.

• Point of contact post class, advising clients on frequency, class packages, our program offerings, and any other questions/concerns

• Build Pvolve attendance and hit retention and utilization goals.

• Ensure safety and proper movement execution.

• Attend trainer meetings as part of ongoing development.

• Grow brand awareness through events, social media, and other marketing initiatives.

Before the studio launches, responsibilities for the team of founding trainers may also include:

• Serve as a local brand ambassador, building early awareness through events, community activations, press opportunities, and teaching pop-up classes.

• Contribute to local marketing, social media growth, and strategic brand partnerships.

• Assist in recruiting additional part-time trainers to the team.

• Complete Pop-Up Training in addition to the full 100-hour immersive training program.

• Provide mentorship to those training for Pvolve’s 100-hour immersive certification.

Qualifications:

• A dynamic, high-energy personality.

• A love for fitness, health, and wellness.

• 2+ years group fitness experience (Preferably in the Pilates, Barre, Dance or other mind-body class formats).

• A deep understanding of anatomy and proper movement execution.

• Comfortable on a mic leading a fast-paced class with loud music and lots of energy in the room.

• A high-energy, charismatic teaching style with the ability to coach to various fitness levels.

• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude where everyone pitches in to grow the bottom line.

• A growth mindset with the ability to both receive and give feedback, seeking constant growth and development within our feedback culture.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

• Positive demeanor and team-player attitude.

• Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

• Current trainer certification from accredited certifying bodies, with preference for one of the following NASM, ACE, or AFAA. Specialty certifications are a plus!

• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field a plus.
