Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to engineering specifications and schematics.

• Perform wiring, soldering, and crimping tasks with precision.

• Conduct functional testing using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.

• Inspect and verify quality of assembled units before final packaging.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Document work performed and report any issues or discrepancies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of IPC standards.

• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Schedule:

• Full-time position

• Typical shifts are Monday - Friday, Day Shift Optional Start: (5:00AM - 1:30PM, 6AM - 2:30PM or 7:00AM - 3:30 PM).

Pay:

• Dependent on Experience and Interview: $19-$20/hr (Opportunity for raise after 90 days)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
