WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

A marketing pro with a knack for strategy and execution. You are comfortable leading marketing efforts, developing comprehensive plans, and managing external resources to enhance our brand presence. You love crafting compelling content, analyzing market trends, and optimizing campaigns. You’re a self-starter who can set your own priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE: 

Marketing Strategy and Execution: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.

Content Creation and Management:

• Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling case studies, white papers, and client success stories.

Event Management:

• Manage the planning and execution of corporate events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our services and engage with clients and prospects.

Project and Resource Management:

• Oversee external freelance and/or agency resources in support of website development, SEO, and creative design projects.

Analytics and Optimization:

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in the advertising or technology industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with The Trade Desk and programmatic advertising is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress and content management systems is a plus.

Please note this role is only open to candidates in the Denver, CO area. Any hire located in Denver will be in a hybrid role, and will work from our downtown Denver office on Tuesday and Thursdays each week. The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only. 

• The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is a base salary of $75,000-$90,000

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible for the following benefits:
