Our Gatewayseries platforms represent a leap in modular, remote‑operated, and dynamically positioned offshore infrastructure for orbital launch and recovery operations. We are seeking a Naval / Structural Engineer to join our growing team in developing a novel offshore spaceport platform. Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar). Basic understanding of FEA, hydrostatics, and marine systems. Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR requirement). A passion for developing new concepts for unique offshore operations. The ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment. Nice to have Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or related discipline with structural emphasis. Familiarity with FEA tools and offshore platform structures. Experience with ABS or USCG regulatory frameworks. Compensation This role offers a balanced compensation package that includes both a competitive salary and meaningful stock‑based equity. While salaries reflect the dynamics of an early‑stage startup, our equity grants provide significant long‑term upside and align your success with the company’s growth.
