Job Description

Waterfront/Marine Structural Project Manager Job Description Will have a key role in managing projects, clients, training staff and providing waterfront/marine engineering expertise. PM will be involved with preparing reports, drawings and overseeing waterfront permit applications. Lead and review advanced structural and geotechnical engineering analyses for waterfront infrastructure projects. Manage design efforts for a range of coastal and marine structures including bulkheads, seawalls, pile‑supported platforms, breakwaters, revetments, stabilized embankments, and mechanically stabilized earth systems. Guide the preparation and submission of regulatory permit applications for waterfront development, including those required by NYSDEC, USACE, and NYC Small Business Services. Oversee the development of technical reports, construction documentation, and project‑related correspondence. Direct field investigations, structural inspections of waterfront facilities, and provide engineering oversight during construction activities. Coordinate multiple projects. Proposal development, change order drafting, invoice review, and client engagement. Qualifications PE Required Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Desired software knowledge: AutoCAD 4+ years experience in Waterfront design, bulkhead, pier, marine engineering, geotechnical engineering experience Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $170,000.00/yr.
