Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Havre de Grace, MD Pay: $27 - $40+ per hour, based on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform maintenance for either extrusion or injection manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures

• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution

• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures

• Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences, positioning you for internal promotions

Requirements:

• Able to 12 hours shifts, either night 7 pm – 7 am or day 7 pm – 7am

• Schedule cycles are 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent

• 3 years of Maintenance experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics

• Welding/fabrication experience a plus

• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a bonus
