The role of Accounting Integration Lead is a critical leader to help achieve those aspirations within our Finance team. In this individual contributor role, you will be a manager of process and will use your financial expertise to help the company reach our growth goals.
As an Accounting Integration Lead, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of both acquisition integration activities specific to accounting/Controllership operations and purchase accounting. You will support the management of accounting operations for acquired entities from the date of acquisition through the earlier of the transition into other corporate functions or the full integration date. In this role, you will use your accounting and financial operations experience to work with team members from acquired entities and SPS, including managing work processes and procedures. The Day-to-Day
The Accounting Integration Lead is crucial to the integration, governance, and oversight of accounting operations activities for acquired entities. This includes oversight of integration to SPS process, daily accounting operations, management of an efficient month-end close, reviewing general ledger entries and account reconciliations- relating to acquisitions. This role also includes partnering with internal stakeholders such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Corporate Accounting, Billing, Payroll and other areas internal and external to Controllership.
