About the role:

REMOTE IN PORTLAND OR; DALLAS TX; KANSAS CITY

The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for development and presentation of product training content to customers, partners and employees for successful onboarding and product adoption. Partnering cross-functionally with various internal teams and subject matter experts, this person will play a critical role in our department's ability to scale while improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by managing, optimizing, and further developing the educational content in Responsive University
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact live and live virtual sessions that drive product adoption for existing and prospective customers
  • Continuously analyze customer base to personalize the learning journey, identify content gaps, and scale the reach of educational material
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure consistency of content in order to deliver a unified customer learning journey across all channels
  • Create and deliver product training for Responsive employees, customers and partners
  • Create and deliver materials to reinforce student learning, such as tutorials or guides to what they learned
  • Become an Responsive product expert

Requirements & Critical Skills

  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a passion for learning, teaching others, and a growth mindset that embraces change and new approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience creating external, customer facing training curriculum
  • Hands-on working experience delivering group trainings on a technology product both in-person and virtually
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly with training customers in a technological area
  • Proven ability to build and maintain education content for a SaaS platform
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products and effectively present technically complex information in terms that are easy to understand
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and copy proofing.
  • Team player and demonstrates a positive attitude in a results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with all levels of management.
  • Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
  • Experience with video editing tools e.g. Screenflow a plus
  • Experience with scripting and recording audio for video tutorials
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly with training customers in a technological area

Compensation range for this role is $76,000-$92,000 total compensation (base plus bonus), depending on experience and location
