Lead Carpenter - Construction Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee our carpentry team and deliver high-quality construction projects.
Technical Requirements:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision
• Install structures and fixtures including windows, frames, flooring, and trim
• Execute carpentry work on diverse projects: cabinets, framing, and finish trim
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely
What We're Looking For:
• Proven carpentry experience with leadership skills (5+ years of finish carpentry experience)
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship • Excellent communication and team management abilities • Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
