Director to work as a leader of our department

Hospital Experience Mandatory please.

Director of Human Resources is multi-faceted role with responsibility for assessing, planning, directing, implementing and evaluating all Human Resources related programs and activities for Hospital including; development, review and application of Human Resources policies/procedures, maintaining effective employee relations programs and education, accountability for administration of Hospital’s compensation and benefit programs, design of effective recruitment and retention programs and activities, maintenance of Associate personnel records, ensuring recognition and completion of regulatory and accrediting organization standards, and mentoring of Human Resources Department Associates creating growth opportunities and professional development. Additionally, this position provides oversight of the Hospital’s Associate Health Department and all related functions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

QUALIFICATIONS:

if applicable/ A graduate of an approved school in skill-set/specialty/dicipline. Meeting the requirements for registry and/or licensure in the state of employment.

Performance of all Skill-set/Discipline procedures as described in the departmental standards.

State License as a professional in specific area of expertise and education/pending or active will be considered. Registered with the state licensure requirements. Required. Experience in specialty apply to/for.

Current BLS Certification

SALARY, BONUS AND RELOCATION:

120+-k target
