Kent Rubber Supply is on the hunt for a skilled Hose Fabricator (we call 'em Hosers!) to join our team. As a Hoser, youll be hands-on, assembling hoses that keep industries running smoothly. We need someone who takes pride in precision work and enjoys working with their hands.

What Youll Do:

Measure, cut, and assemble hoses to exact specifications.

Crimp, test, and inspect hoses to ensure quality and safety.

Read work orders and select the correct fittings and materials.

Keep your workstation clean and organized and maintain equipment.

Work closely with the team to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in hose assembly or a mechanical aptitude (well train the right person).

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to use tools and crimping equipment (well show you the ropes).

Strong work ethic and team spirit.

Physical ability to lift and move materials.
