Position: Entry Level Events Assistant Location: Columbus, OH Salary: $800 - $1,195 per week Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced event planners and managers, assisting in the execution of a variety of events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all materials are available.
• Manage registration processes and maintain accurate attendee lists.
• Support event logistics including setup and teardown activities.
• Assist in creating event timelines and schedules for smooth operations.
• Help with marketing efforts through social media and email campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software.
