Draft Note We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Events Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate gatherings. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in event planning and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.50 per hour

Duties:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event logistics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
• Assist in creating event timelines and managing event budgets
• Help with drafting event proposals, contracts, and agreements
• Assist in developing event marketing and promotional materials
• Provide on-site support during events, including managing registration, coordinating speakers, and handling logistics
• Assist in post-event evaluation and analysis, including gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in event planning or coordination (internships or relevant coursework preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during events.
• Creative mindset with a passion for events and marketing.
