Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our photo studio, capturing high-quality product images for Ecom, and ensuring an efficient workflow. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for photography, e-commerce, and studio production.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Photography & Studio Support

• Capture high-quality images of products
• On Model and Off Model image capture
• Assist in setting up and maintaining studio equipment (lighting, backdrops, cameras, tripods, etc.).
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and consistency in all product images.
• Edit and retouch images for web and social media use.
• Assists Photography team on small projects
• Primary assistant on Larger Campaigns

E-Commerce & Digital Asset Management

• Organize and manage digital files efficiently.
• Resize and format images according to e-commerce requirements.
• Ensure images meet brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive aesthetic.
• Assist in naming, categorizing, and uploading images to online platforms.

General Studio Assistance

• Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for shoots.
• Assist Stylist/Studio Assistant with prep work
• Assist with processing inbound and outbound products
• Assist with styling products for photography sessions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce team to prioritize product photography needs.
• Help maintain inventory of photography equipment and props.
• Lead on setup and tear down of photo sets
• Lead on Studio Reset

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in product photography, e-commerce photography, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of studio lighting and camera settings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photo editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with talent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in photography, visual arts, or related field.
• Experience with videography and short-form content creation (bonus).
• Familiarity with retouching tools and color correction techniques.
