We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students develop their driving skills in a safe and supportive environment. This role involves behind-the-wheel training, ensuring students are well-prepared to become responsible drivers. We are hiring instructors for our location in Lexington. Once you apply, please fill out the following questionnaire: Provide hands‑on driving instruction, guiding students through practical driving exercises. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Qualifications Hold a valid Kentucky driver's license for three years with a clean driving record. Be 25 years of age or older. Be a certified driving instructor in Kentucky, or be willing to obtain the necessary certification. Possess excellent communication and teaching skills. Have a passion for promoting safe and responsible driving. Be patient, friendly, and adaptable to various learning styles. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience working with students of various ages, including adults, in an educational setting.
