The Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games will be hosted in Los Angeles, California in 2028, returning to the United States for the first time in over 30 years. 2028 will be the first time LA hosts the Paralympic Games, creating an opportunity to expand awareness, understanding and inclusion of people with disabilities.

The Ticketing department is responsible for developing a robust Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Ticket Operations strategy for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This encompasses maximizing revenue through sold-out and fully attended events, while ensuring accessible pricing and broad access to the General Public .
Reporting to the Head of Ticketing for LA28, the Director of Ticket Sales & Marketing will serve as the strategic engagement leader for sales communication, customer journey, audience development, and oversee campaign reporting. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing our paid media strategy for ticketing in close collaboration with LA28 marketing, while also serving as the primary point of contact for our Ticket Service Provider asset creation.

The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $170,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
