The largest privately owned Dental Laboratory in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas is hiring a friendly PRN delivery driver to serve our customers. The driver's route will be on Mondays and Tuesdays in the Greater Memphis area from 7:00am-3pm (or until job is done).

Our delivery drivers are the face of the company to our customers, so it is important that each driver give the highest level of customer service to each of our customers. This includes building a relationship with the customers on your route and relaying any feedback to the Manager that could help us better serve our customers.

The driver will work directly with Customer Service team members who will advise them on route changes throughout the day. The driver will use a company vehicle and a company cell phone as means of communicating with the lab and customers.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

1. Be courteous, friendly, and helpful to all customers at all times.
2. Drive safely at all times & follow all local traffic laws.
3. Deliver correct dental products to customers on time.
4. Have a current Driver's License.
5. Be familiar with local roads and able to use safely a map or GPS to navigate unfamiliar areas.
6. Keep your delivery vehicle clean and notify Manager of any scheduled maintenance due or problems with the vehicle's performance.
7. Exercise good judgement and problem-solving skills when making decisions on delivery times.

Shifts:

• The route will be as needed when other regular drivers are out of the office.
• Delivery hours are typically 7am-3:00pm (although the end time is flexible depending on each day's delivery load and customer needs).
• This position averages approximately 16 hours a week.

Route Specifics:

• This role will be assisting our customers in various routes throughout the Greater Memphis areas.

Compensation: $10-12/hour; Part-time employees regularly averaging under 30 hours per week are not eligible for Medical benefits but may receive part-time employee PTO and holiday pay if they meet the eligibility requirements.
