We clean only new properties before the owner moves in. This mean you are NOT cleaning someones dirty toilet or messy kitchen, instead you are washing new floors, wiping out custom cabinets and polishing quartz countertops.
Compensation: $16.00 TO $18.00 per hour which includes monthly $100 cash bonuses (Also receive a $200 signing bonus after 90 days of successful employment)
Benefits: Vacation Time up to 3 weeks, Sick Time of 1 week, Medical Insurance, 401k Match of 4% and Annual Profit Sharing Bonuses.
Start Date: Immediate, fully paid 2 weeks of training

Must have reliable transportation and a driver's license Spanish and English speaking roles available
**Responsibilities**
a. Scrape and clean all windows (interior and exterior under 3 stories) b. Install window screens c. Clean all floor surfaces (vacuum and mop) d. Wipe down all base and casing trim e. Wipe down all interior doors f. Clean all water closets, bowls, tubs and showers g. Clean shower rods and towel bars h. Clean all mirrors i. Clean Kitchen sink j. Clean all appliances: Range, hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc. (All manuals placed in one drawer) Remove all labels and stickers from fixtures and appliances k. Clean all wall tile l. Clean all cabinets inside and out including drawers m. Clean all counter tops n. Clean all closet shelving o. Clean all light fixtures, wipe down globes and bulbs (we do not take the fixture apart to clean inside globes/bowls) p. Wipe down all rough sheetrock, open wood ledges and open walls q. Dust and wipe down furnace and mechanicals r. Vacuum and remove debris from heat vents, wipe them out and clean the vent grilles. s. Clean all exterior door thresholds t. Remove minimal packing debris from light fixtures and appliances and place in the dumpster (We do not remove large construction materials such as but not limited to lumber, drywall, doors, siding or casing) u. Sweep and mop unfinished basement floor v. Sweep the Garage floor
