Chief People Officer Biotech

Were partnering with a high-growth, mission-driven biotech to identify their next Chief People Officer (CPO), a modern people leader who can scale culture, systems, and talent strategy in parallel with scientific innovation.

The mandate:

• Build and evolve a world-class People function across the full employee lifecycle
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to design scalable org structures and culture frameworks
• Lead talent acquisition, performance, and engagement through a hyper-growth phase
• Champion leadership development, DE&I, and long-term employee experience
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the board and investors on organizational readiness and growth

What youll bring:

• Proven track record leading People/HR in a scaling biotech, pharma, or tech-enabled environment
• Experience supporting teams through inflection points, fundraising, IPO, expansion, or transformation
• Ability to blend strategic foresight with hands-on leadership
• Deep belief that culture is a competitive advantage
