Job Summary:

Falcon’s Creative Group is a diversified global entertainment, consumer experience, and technology enterprise that accelerates intellectual property (IP) activations concurrently across physical and digital experiences.

As a CG Generalist at Falcon’s Creative Group, you should be comfortable working on all aspects of 3D production, including modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, look development, rendering, and compositing. The CG generalist will work closely with the department supervisors and other team members to produce 3D assets, animations, and rendered frames for high-profile 3D animated projects and real-time experiences. This job is based in our office in Orlando, Florida. Applicants must either live in the area or be willing to move to Central Florida and work from the office daily.

Essential Functions:

• Model hard surface and organic assets.
• 3D and 2D texture painting.
• Develop shaders and lighting effects.
• Understand cinematic language and camera terminology.
• Lighting and compositing shots as briefed by the CG Director/CG Supervisor or Dept. Lead.
• Work in real-time engines for layout, shader development, and lighting as needed.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer graphics, or comparable experience, with 3-5 years of experience working as a CG Generalist.
• Strong understanding of modeling/shading/rendering workflow.
• Proven and demonstrable experience in high-end VFX using Maya.
• Experience using Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience working with a team in a mixed software environment.
• Proactive problem-solver.
• Knowledge of studio project management systems such as Shotgrid and Jira is a plus.
• Self-motivated, problem solver, communicative, collaborative, and great team player.
• Degree in computer graphics or architectural visualization is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Travel may be required.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
