NFI Industries is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Dry Van Drivers in Appleton, WI.

Compensation

• Now: Average Annual Pay: $85,000-$87,000
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

• Uncapped bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
• $100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
• Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home   though the week
• Schedule: Multiple shifts available
• Operating Area: Midwest Region
• No Touch/Drop & Hook

Equipment

• Late model automatic Freightliner/International /Volvo 
• 53’ trailers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with safe driving record
• Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Endorsements: Hazmat (have or willing to get. NFI will assist if needed)
• No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Appleton, WI or Hudson, WI or be willing to relocate for this position
