Position Overview
Were looking for a Web & Brand Designer to join our team on a full-time or contract basis. This role is all about creating beautiful, functional, and on-brand digital experiences not just designing websites, but crafting the visual language that brings a brand to life online.
Youll work primarily in Figma, creating thoughtful layouts, building intuitive page flows, and collaborating across disciplines to turn strategy into story. You should have a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of typography and composition, and the ability to elevate a brand across web and digital assets.

What Youll Do
Design full web experiences in Figma from homepage to supporting pages, components, and mobile views
Develop branded design systems that are flexible, expressive, and consistent across digital
Turn strategy, goals, and content into emotionally resonant layouts that connect with the target audience
Pair smart UX thinking with strong visual execution
Explore layout options, build design narratives, and present creative rationale clearly
Collaborate with strategy, content, and dev teams to make sure designs scale and stay true to intent
Design light brand collateral (e.g. social, presentation decks, graphics) when needed to support campaigns or launches
Requirements
3+ years experience in web and/or brand design ideally in an agency, studio, or fast-paced creative environment
Strong portfolio showcasing modern, well-crafted web design and brand applications
Expert-level Figma skills, with a command of components, auto layout, and prototyping
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator at minimum)
Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography across responsive design
Comfort working within (and helping evolve) visual languages and design systems
Ability to work independently and clearly communicate creative thinking
Bonus Points
Experience designing for Webflow or collaborating closely with developers
Experience creating branded pitch decks or presentation design
Familiarity with motion/interaction principles or light prototyping
Comfort contributing to or evolving a brand identity system
