Salary: $17/hr

We're seeking a bilingual Secretary (Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
• Greeting visitors and clients, and providing them with information about our services
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff
• Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
