Masterson Staffing has teamed up with a new client to hire for a Bagger Operator, Utility Worker position in Mora, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers.

Job Summary: Bagger Operator-Pay $18.00

The Bag Converting Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of a Bag Converting Machine, ensuring high-quality production, maintenance, and productivity. This role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to read job instructions, accurately record production data, and perform machine adjustments and quality checks. The operator should maintain a clean and organized work area, troubleshoot machine issues, and adhere to safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Shifts:

Bagger Days: 6:00am-6:00pm- Rotating Schedule

Bagger Nights 6:00pm-6:00am- Rotating Schedule

Job Summary: Utility Worker-Pay $18.00

This position will help and assist the press crew with everyday tasks. In some cases this position will float to other departments to help and assist where the company needs.

Shifts:

Utility Worker: 6:00am-6:00pm-Rotating Schedule

Utility Worker 6:00pm-6:00am-Rotating Schedule

Job Requirements:

· Should be able to accurately read a ruler and basic math skills.

· Should have a general understanding of printing and packaging operations.

· Excellent verbal and non-verbal skills to communicate effectively.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Team player with the ability to work independently.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

Standing, Frequent bending, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds

· Prolonged periods of standing during a 12 hour shift.

• Working weekends.
• Frequent bending and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to noise and high temperatures, especially in the summer.
• · Adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures
