The
Assembler at our
Nicholasville, KY location involves working collaboratively to assemble Mobile Solutions air filtration systems in an innovative team orientated environment. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Role Responsibilities: \n - Gather relevant blueprints; build sheets and necessary parts and hardware for assembly
\n - Use mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to assemble products
\n - Test equipment when necessary
\n - Operation of Overhead Cranes and lifting devices
\n - Material Handling and Transportation of Product
\n - Perform quality inspection and fill out necessary paperwork for record
\n - Package and crate assembled products and load for shipment
\n - Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
\n - Active involvement in DPS through continuous improvement and kaizen events
\n - Successfully complete annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Material Training (if applicable)

Minimum Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:
\n - Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
\n - Material Handling with forklifts, cranes, carts, etc.
\n - Display mechanical aptitude
\n - Quality conscious
\n - Ability to read blueprints, and understand verbal and written instructions
\n

Preferred Qualifications: \n - Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line
\n - Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment
\n
\n
