Details Location: Chicago, Illinois Job type: Contract Salary: $68.38 - 78.38 per hour Work hours: 8am to 5pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities SAFe Implementation and Coaching: Guide shared services teams in a Hybrid Agile Environment in adopting and effectively utilizing SAFe practices, including PI Planning, Retrospectives and facilitating key SAFe routines across multiple teams/ARTs. Team Coaching and Development: Mentor and coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, self-organization and problem-solving to enhance their performance within the SAFe Framework. Qualifications Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills. Agile Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban experience. Ability to customize the Scaled Agile Framework for a Shared Services environment. Expertise in Standard Waterfall and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban) SDLC. Analytical experience - ability to interpret requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance. Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office. In-depth exposure to application development. Software Release management experience.
