Seeking a highly motivated Administrative Specialist (Sales Engineering) for our Sales Engineering department at a high-tech entrepreneurial communications company located in West Los Angeles. This position has a focus on providing administrative and clerical support with a focus on customer support team activities. To be successful in this position you must have strong attention to detail and a passion for organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of loan inventory
• Coordinate return of product for repair
• Coordinate and fulfill information requests
• Manage and improve upon loan and RMA processes
• Create automated workflows to increase efficiency
• Generate metrics reports for loans and RMAs
• Review and coordinate account setup and related paperwork
• Manage the processing of orders
• Support sales team activities
• As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 2 years experience in a related position.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to accurately follow directions and reasonably improvise in grey areas.
• Ability to understand large sets of requirements and how they interact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiar with CRM (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, etc).

Pay: $25 - $28 an hour

NOTE: Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen) due to U.S. government contracts. Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
