Specific duties include: Process and post all owner assessment payments and deposits accurately. Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts. Coordinate late fees, payment plans, and collection efforts in line with association policies. Communicate professionally with owners, managers, and attorneys regarding account status. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
